Abbey has been coaching CrossFit since 2011, bringing over a decade of experience and a passion for helping athletes of all levels grow stronger and more confident. Her coaching focuses on connection, consistency, and meeting people exactly where they are.
Devon
Devon has been part of CrossFit since 2010 and brings a steady, fundamentals-first approach to coaching. Originally drawn to CrossFit to support motocross training, he enjoys helping athletes build a strong foundation and feel their best inside and outside the gym.

Lauren has been part of the CrossFit community since 2014 and brings a thoughtful, caring approach to coaching. As a NICU nurse, she prioritizes safety, smart movement, and helping athletes build confidence while having fun along the way.
alex
Alex has been part of the CrossFit community since 2011 and brings a welcoming, fundamentals-focused coaching style to the gym. As a registered dietitian, she helps people build strength, confidence, and healthier habits both in and out of the gym.
Brittanee has been part of Yuba City CrossFit since 2013 and brings a warm, people-first approach to coaching. She focuses on making the gym a welcoming space where movement is accessible, confidence is built, and the hour spent training truly matters.

Morgan joined Yuba City CrossFit in 2023 and brings an encouraging, growth-focused energy to the floor. With a background in athletics and coaching youth softball, she enjoys helping people try hard things, scale with confidence, and keep showing up consistently.

Brey handles media for YCCF, capturing the people, moments, and stories that make the gym more than just a place to work out. She’s been part of the CrossFit community since 2016 and loves highlighting connection, growth, and community beyond the workout.

Dr. Nate Van Dusen is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who blends clinical care with performance-based coaching to help people move better, recover fully, and return stronger. His approach is rooted in individualized treatment, intentional movement, and evidence-based progressions for both recovery and performance.
