Brittanee has been part of Yuba City CrossFit since 2013 and brings a warm, people-first approach to the gym. She is passionate about creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and comfortable showing up exactly as they are.


“I want people to feel welcome the moment they walk through the door.”


Brittanee believes fitness should feel approachable and encouraging, not intimidating. Her coaching style focuses on meeting people where they are, offering support, and helping members build confidence through consistency and small wins.


“You don’t have to be perfect or advanced. You just have to start.”


Over the years, Brittanee has enjoyed supporting people at all stages of their fitness journey. She finds the most fulfillment in watching people gain confidence, trust themselves, and realize they are capable of more than they thought.


“Watching people gain confidence and start believing in themselves is the best part.”


For Brittanee, the relationships built inside the gym matter just as much as physical progress. She believes the sense of community and belonging is what makes CrossFit truly special.


“The gym should feel like a place you belong.”


Outside of the gym, Brittanee enjoys staying active, spending time with family, and being part of a community that values growth, accountability, and connection. Her presence on the floor helps create a supportive, welcoming atmosphere that members feel the moment they walk in.


At the core of Brittanee’s approach is making sure people feel seen, supported, and capable every time they show up.
