Alex has been part of the CrossFit community since 2011 and brings a welcoming, fundamentals-focused approach to coaching at Yuba City CrossFit. As a registered dietitian, she brings a well-rounded perspective to health, helping people understand how movement, nutrition, and daily habits work together over time.


“I want people to feel confident walking into the gym, no matter their experience level.”


Alex believes that fitness should be accessible and sustainable. Her coaching emphasizes solid movement patterns, offering options when needed, and helping people feel successful at every stage of their journey.

Over the years, Alex has worked with people from all backgrounds, supporting beginners, experienced members, and those navigating lifestyle changes. She values consistency over perfection and focuses on helping people build habits they can maintain long term.

Alex also enjoys helping people understand how nutrition supports training and everyday life, without rigid rules or unnecessary restriction.

Outside of the gym, Alex enjoys staying active, spending time with family, and continuing to learn ways to better support overall health. Her calm, encouraging presence helps create an environment where people feel supported, capable, and motivated to keep showing up.
