I was introduced to CrossFit through my wife Abbey. I quickly realized it was one of the best fitness programs I had ever experienced! Although I’ve only coached CrossFit since 2013,
I have been involved in health and fitness for decades. As an adolescent, I needed to put on size and increase strength in order to be more competitive in athletics. With a lot of hard work, discipline, and research I was able to achieve my goals and then some! Since then I’ve spent years studying strength, conditioning, and nutrition. I am now very passionate about helping others in their health and fitness journey. I pride myself on being educated and experienced, and detail oriented.
