How to Join

New members looking to join YCCF will have 2 options.

Option 1
First, if you have previous CrossFit experience, simply drop-in to any class to speak with a trainer. Once we see you have the proper form and knowledge necessary, you will be free to come to any class offered.
Option 2
If you are new to CrossFit in general, you will be required to complete 1 month of “Basic Training”. This class is available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at all class times, and is available to join whenever! (No more having to wait for the next monthly session to start!) In this class, we will focus on learning the basic movements of CrossFit- Squats, Deadlift, and Presses. You will also become familiar with the general flow of our classes and begin to learn some of the CrossFit lingo. After the first month is complete, you will then be cleared to attend any class, where you will broaden your skills with the addition of more technical lifts and movements!
