Today we begin our 5 week
Front Squat a Program from Catalyst Athletics.
As well as a basic linear dead lift program.
If you do not know your Front Squat max
1) add 5% to the 3rm we tested last week
2) or 15% (roughly) less than your back squat max
* you will not need to know your deadlift max for this program
