Every 90 sec for 20min (13 rounds)

Advanced: 3 mUp + 3 dips
Intermediate: 1-2 mups + 3 dips
Beginner 1 mUp attempt or band transitions
+ 3 dips

(Modify accordingly, most important part is to get the practice in)
