Workout:
With a Partner

A. Row 250m
B. Wall balls until partner is done rowing.
switch until 3 rounds is completed

then

A. Run 200m
B. push ups until partner is back from run

3 rounds

then

A. 30 OH Lunges
B. double unders until lunges are complete
3 rounds

then

A. 15 burpees
B. plank hold until burpees are complete

3 rounds
