1b) 10 tempo strict t2b (straight legs, 3 count lowering legs after touching the bar)
4x (rest as needed)
Metcon:
20 thrusters (135/95)
20 sdhp
20 s2oh
20 OHS
20 front squats
*EMOM perform 5 burpees until work is complete
**time permitting there will be rowing conditioning. I’m just not quite sure how long the METCON will take
